Will a hole disapear one day if I take out the ring?

Hey…I was just wondering about a nostril piercing. My parents wont let me get it unless they get information on it, so I was trying to get a little but I’m failing to find it on any web site. Do you know how long it normally takes to heal most of the hole in the nose to where it’s not that visible, if you decide that you no longer want it, or if it ever goes away at all? I think that’s the biggest problem for them. Thanks so much.

Most piercings will shrink over time whithout jewelry, but they rarely close entirely. But it also depends on you organism, so please consult the piercing studio or doctor for more info.
