Return Policy
We proudly stand behind our products and their quality, and customers satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason our product does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us for a refund! Here is
how to make a return or exchange step-by-step instructions:
1. Make sure that the item was not worn, used or damaged as a
result of your neglect, the packaging is not damaged or
missing, and the item is not H2Ocean as it is not returnable.
2. Contact us whithin 15 days of receiving your order at shop@The-Piercing.com
and request an RMA#. Do not forget to include your name and
order# and specify which items you want to return/exchange and
why. Attention AOL and Earthlink users: due to spam block
settings of your providers you may not receive our reply to you!
We answer ALL emails, check your spam folder!
3. Put in a bubble envelope or a small box: products to be
returned (in original packaging), your invoice copy, a note
specifying whether you would like a refund or exchange (and what
kind of exchange!). Do not ship your return in a regular (not
bubbled) envelope. Jewelry gets damaged and lost easily. Returns in flat envelopes will
not be accepted and refunds will not be provided.
4. Write your RMA# on the outside of the package so it can be
seen easily and clearly, and ship it to us within 15 days of
receiving your RMA#. Processing of returns without RMA# may be
significantly delayed. Late returns will not be accepted.

5. One exchange per order is shipped free of additional
charge. Customers shipping expenses will not be refunded or
reimbursed. If you have got your order with free shipping and
chose to return all or part of it so that the items you kept
do not qualify for free shipping altogether, regular
shipping charge will be deducted from your refund amount.
